Are your experts independent contractors or employees?

Employees. We do not use contractors. In order to guarantee the knowledge, expertise, and patience of our professionals, as well as ensuring each pro is trained the Repair Direct way, the use of 1099 contractors is impossible.

How much is this game -changing service?

It’s different for every community, but we usually base it on a 40 hour week. Most communities fall between $0.50 - $8.00 per hour depending on size, age, etc..

Do you find your experts off indeed or a similar platform like most companies?

No. We do not advertise or post jobs to fill our positions. We literally scout across the country looking for the best. When we find a person we think would be a good fit, we send an offer. We do not typically take applications for open positions.

If my company has multiple communities that need Repair Direct, is there a discount?

Yes. How much is on a case by case basis.
