1. Description of Service
Repair Direct provides real-time video guidance and troubleshooting support to on-site maintenance technicians employed by property management companies. Our experts offer advice and recommendations, but all repair actions are the responsibility of the technician and/or the hiring company.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, Repair Direct does not guarantee any specific outcome or repair result. Final responsibility for repairs rests with the technician, property management company, or anyone else Repair Direct is giving advice to.
3. Limitation of Liability
Repair Direct and its team members shall not be held liable for:
Any damage to property
Bodily injury
Incorrect repairs
Equipment failure
Lost revenue or additional repair costs
Use of our service is at your own risk. Our role is advisory.
4. Eligibility
Our services are available only to licensed businesses and professionals in the property management industry. By using our service, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your company.
5. Payments & Billing
All services are billed on a subscription basis unless otherwise noted. Clients will receive invoices via email. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Repair Direct—including videos, guides, and branding—is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused time may be granted at our discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
9. Video/Audio Recording
All calls and messaging including video, voice, text, and/or any other type communication is subject to be recorded and played back for training purposes. It may also be requested an employer. If video is to be uploaded onto a video streaming platform, consent to show faces will be authorized prior to it’s release.
